Wall Cladding Installation

Proclad Cladding can be applied to most solid wall surfaces.

· Walls should be smooth and level. High points must be removed and low points filled with filler.

· If fixing over tiles – then tiles must not be loose but firmly fixed.

· Door and window frames must be in place prior to the installation as cladding will be cut and fitted right up to the edges.

· Surfaces must be permanently dry and free from all substances that may contribute to adhesive bond failure – if in doubt then you should test the adhesive.

· If fixing to a painted wall then remove loose paint and conduct an adhesive bond test on the painted finish.

· To ensure good adhesion all surfaces must be clean and free from dust prior to installation. The working environment must also be dust free.

· Very absorbent substrates such as plasterboard must be sealed with Proclad PVA primer, and allow to cure well before fitting the Proclad panels

· All electrical switches, power points etc., should be in a first fix state.

· All plumbing should have pipe work to a first fix state with the exposed ends of the pipes protruding from the substrate. Drill panels oversize with 3-5mm gap to allow for thermal expansion and fit.

Thanks for your affirmation this morning about the Strokes Gained Putting Mobile App. I'm glad you like it and it's doing you some good. You asked if you could monitor your Handicap using The SGP App. YES, you can monitor handicap in the upgrade to Premium (34 stats reported) or to the Golf Addiction Statistics version (55 stats reported). Each upgrade app reports on Course, Strokes Gained, Long Game, Short Game, Putting, AND Handicap. All three of our apps report the most important stat in golf--Pace of Play!
Thanks for the great question, Dr. Buffington
